Migraine Log lets you easily log your migraine attacks (or other headaches). It is built to make it as easy as possible, only requiring a date and the strength of the attack, while allowing you to optionally add details like what medications you took and notes about the attack. This lets you monitor your migraine and can assist you and your physician in finding the correct treatment for you.

The user interface is built with migraine sufferers in mind, and uses soft and dark colours so that you can use it during an attack.

Migraine Log respects your privacy and does not request network access, so your information does not leave your device unless you explicitly use the export function in the app.

Migraine Log is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

Privacy

Migraine Log has been designed from the ground up to respect your privacy. By default it requests no extended permissions at all from your device, not even network access. The only additional permission it might request is storage access if you want to import files, it does not need, nor request, storage access unless you use the import function.

Migraine Log contains no trackers and saves none of your data in "the cloud" or anywhere else other than on your local device, unless you explicitly use the export function, and even then it is up to you how you treat and transfer the exported file.

Languages

Migraine Log is available in English, Norwegian (Nynorsk), Finnish, German, Spanish, Chinese, French and Basque. If you would like Migraine Log to be available in your language, contributions are more than welcome. See the translation contribution guide for details.

Issues and bug reports

Migraine Log is constantly evolving. User feedback is essential for it to become the best app that it can be. If you encounter a problem, something doesn't work quite how you would have expected or have an idea on how to improve Migraine Log, for instance by adding a new feature, please let us know! You may submit an issue on the GitLab issue tracker and I will look into it. You can also browse known issues and feature requests there.

Install

The latest version of Migraine Log is 0.12.0. It is available for Android on Google Play and F-Droid, the free software appstore, and iOS (iPhone/iPad) on App Store. See the ChangeLog for details on changes since the last release.
